An inconspicuous nano on Orange Coast Community College Campus.
As it turns out, this nano continues an inadvertent series dedicated to the unsung heroes of college education: the freeway fliers. These folks are the part time instructors that you see in multiple college catalogs. Typically they're sort of fresh out of graduate school and have yet to land a full-time position, so they teach one course at one campus, and another course at another campus. I have heard of one such instructor working at 5 campuses in the same semester.
Anyway, this is very much a canned nano (you'll know how punny that was when you find the cache), typical of those hiders that buy stuff from "online auction sites" (can I say "ebay" without getting in trouble?!). It is log only, so BYOP.
Though I was never a freeway flier to that particular school, I know lots of people that were. This campus is home to countless ground squirrels. Much to my surprise I had to sit and watch one climb a palm tree before it was muggle-free enough to place the cache. To me a squrrrel climbing a palm tree is a pretty strange sight.
This cache is conveniently located near the science hall, in view of lab rooms and the chemistry building in the heart of OCC campus.
Congrats to TGR for the FTF!!
