Add up the total number of WORDS from the "phrases" you figured
out in columns 1 and 3 and the total number of LETTERS in all the
words from the phrases in column 2 (sorry about the busy work but I
have to make coordinates out of these somehow!). Then add the 3
sums together and then add 625 to that number to get ABC.

btw, there is no word "beside," "behind" or "by" anywhere on this
puzzle. For the "KNIS" and "no no no etc." ones, the "objects"
involved are at the end of the phrases.
**FYI - the cache log has a different title than this one
because I ended up changing the puzzle. Could the FTF please cross
it off, change it, or rip off the first page of the logbook for me?
