Geocache Description:

This small cache is located near our local R.V. Park and has been hidden with permission. Cache can be accessed from the county road but you can also drive right to it if you enter the park. Please re-hide as good or better than when you found it.

This area is full of history and as you seek out this hide look to the bluffs and hills to the North. A little over 150 years ago there were many Native American Indians (mostly Sioux) that lived, hunted, and traveled along those bluffs. They set up camps and spent many days out of the wind and cold protected by the natural landscape. I have several friends that have scored some great arrowhead finds in this valley.

Don't forget to visit the History Museum while you are here and find the nearby "Western Archaeology Center" cache.
