Parking very near by, near a walkway, but not accessible from it. This is no longer a pill bottle. Landscaping was done and the cache disappeared. The coordinates haven't changed, but the cache container has. Today (10-19-08) gas has dropped from nearly $4.00 a gallon down to $2.58 near my home in Avon. Here, it was $3.09. Let me know what it is when you find this cache in your logs.
This cache is placed near a Putnam County Welcome Center. It was closed tonight when we stopped here on the way to The Boat Drink II event in Terre Haute. But in the past, I have been here and they had maps of all of the covered bridges in Putnam County, which has more covered bridges than any other county in Indiana.
I had forgotten to fill up near Indy, so we pulled off here. Gas at home was $3.06 a gallon and when we saw the price of gas here, we both exclamed at the same time, "Gas is $3.35 a gallon?!?!" Hence the name of the cache.
Who knows what it will be over the next months and years. $3.35 may seem like a bargain.
We think this area needs a cache. So here it is. Enjoy!
