This one should be available at all hours. Parking can be directly in front of the cache but be respectful and maintain stealth so as not to draw attention. Bring your own pen to sign the log. Is that water actually blue? Do you need to check the directory and look "UP" a PHONE NUMBER?
Fountains are cool. This cache series is not meant to be challenging or difficult. This series is designed to take you to different locations around town that have fun and interesting fountains. Take a few minutes to locate the cache but don't hurry away to the next cache. Take just a moment to enjoy the fountain. Feel free to take some pictures of the fountain with you or your family and post the pictures in the logs.
