This cache has been archived.

NCreviewer: As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.

Geocache Description:

When this cache was originally presented for publication, it was rejected. Permission has been pulled for new caches in the Off Your Rocker series. Fortunately I was able to find an Allied establishment that would accept the cache. For nostalgia’s sake, a sign for the original OYR location is viewable from the cache.

For your interest, I am retaining the wordage of the original attempt – not that it will be of any help whatsoever to you in locating the cache.

DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS CACHE AFTER DARK!

NOTE: Please return the log in the ZipLock bag to the container. This is the only way the log can stay dry.

Original Page:

Another in the "Off Your Rocker" series. As usual, the object is to find the cache, sign the log, and replace the cache without being detected in this usually very busy place

As of the publication of this cache there were 208 in the OYR series. Now which geocacher will make it his quest to find and log all 208, and the many more that will surely be hidden by the time he has finished? The "33" part of the name is not the cache's sequence number in the series. I would hope that you could fathom the why of it by the time you have discovered the cache.

The best I could determine, the original "Off Your Rocker" cache was placed by overrover in Titusville, Fl. on August 8th, 2003. Overrover, as of this publication has hidden 219 caches and discovered 4396.

As would be expected of any cache of this nature, and surely was for the 208 aforementioned caches, the management of this private establishment has given permission for the cache.

No hints are given. If you have logged as found previous OYR caches, you don't need any. If this is your first, well, this is your OYR academy.

I no longer live near North Carolina and haven’t cached in… I don’t know how long.
Please adopt my caches if you can.

If nobody adopts them, I will ARCHIVE them at the end of September.
