Geocache Description:

This cache can be approached from several directions using the clearly signposted footpaths.

This cache is situated to share a view including the Carrick Roads, the worlds 3rd deepest natural harbour, which is guarded by Henry VIII’s two castles at Pendennis and St Mawes. Near to the cache is the still active Mabe Quarry so on some days the earth really does move because of the blasting!! If you have time take a peak through the fences at the old flooded pit.
The cache is a small Tupperware type container, with room for some small swaps & TB’s.
