Firefighter in Training Traditional Cache

This cache is located on the Junction rail trail near the Lancaster Co. Public Safety Training Center. The terrain is based on when we placed it in early March. It could be higher in the summer months. The contents are starting out with several emergency matchbox cars and related items. Please remember to trade fair! The trail is open dawn to dusk. No night caching!

If you find this cache at the right time you may get to see some Firefighters in Training! This facility is equipped with a wide array of training areas, such as...a burn building which trains FF in several different kinds of building fires, A drill tower with a silo simulator that's 3 stories high, A Vehicle, Flammable Liquids & Fuel Spill and Propane Tank Fire Simulators, A Smoke Building, A Vehicle Rescue Pad , A Confined Space Simulator,A Trench Rescue simulator, and A Drafting Pond and Driver Training Pad.

Its great to know this facility is available to train our guys as much as possible in a controlled environment before risking they're lives during the real thing! I would like to say a huge THANK YOU!!! To our Firefighters, EMS,and Policeman for keeping us safe!
