I found this place early this year while doing a requirement for the "I Wish..." cache (GC12Q3T), which was in Arlington. You can get a good idea of the general area I hid it by looking at my log.
Many people who come by here must wonder what's for dinner. When I hid this cache, I had no idea of how times for me would change and that I would need to use such a place.
