CodeCutter: I believe this one has gone missing. The original street sign on which it was hidden had the words "Northwest Neighborhood". That sign was replaced some years ago without those words, so the name didn't make sense anymore.
When I placed the cache I worked a few blocks away and could maintain it. I'm now miles away and never get to that location. I'm pulling this one out of commission.
For those interested, it was hidden in a small bison tube pressed into one of the holes in the street sign pole down at ground level.
