Geocache Description:

This is an easy walk through part of the village, down a surfaced lane, and into a Byway.
Recommended parking: N51 09.649
E000 57.217

The village where you park, has a great pub, and the 11th century church with it`s remarkable Norman tower is well-worth visiting.
Inside the church are some 12th century wall-paintings.

Also…look out for the 14th century timber-aisled Barn near the church…it`s often open to the public, and has some fascinating things inside!!

The Byway is tree-lined, and this gives a delightful green-tunnel effect in summer.

The cache-box is a small plastic container that has been well stocked with some really nice goodies.
As we`re setting this up near to Easter, the cache has an Easter theme….

….please trade fairly and hide this cache well!!
