The Big Bend Wildlife Management Area will be the focus of our morning. We'll meet at the pavilion at the posted coordinates inside the Tide Swamp at 8:30 am. Breakfast danishes will be provided, but you will need to bring beverages.
It looks somewhat clean when you first get here, but check the sides of the roads on the way to the pavilion for trash. Some trash bags will be provided and we will have our pick-up truck to carry off the filled bags.
After the CITO portion of the event we will meet up in Steinhatchee (N 29 40.121', W 083 22.520) where everyone can freshen up at our place, relax by the pool and exchange stories. Please bring a trading pin or travelbug to throw in a bucket to trade. Coffee, tea, water and snacks will be available.
There is a dumpster on the property.
