Clay Lane is actually a footpath, along the eastern boundary of Wokingham. It isrunning between the backs of the gardens and a new housing estate - beware of the dog walkers!
It is tree-lined all the way but reception is reasonable. Parking is available close at either end of the lane. In the past the path could be quite wet, hence the name , but the footpath has been improved since in recent times.
