Earth Angel Special Traditional Cache

"Earth Angel Special" is located in Palisades Park in the Town of Menasha. One of several new traditional kid-friendly caches being placed by Sagasu in response to recent comments about the abundance of puzzle caches in our area and the need to continue to have a balance of traditional and kid-friendly caches.
This cache originally featured a "container" modeled after some placed by Earth Angel of the Ecorangers and copied with her permission, hence the dedication in the title. It was one of two "pocket" caches placed at the same time in the Menasha area. The pocket got robbed by animals or local used cloth collectors three times so we had to give up on the pocket part and go with something less tempting. The film container seems to be less interesting to whatever kept dragging the pocket out onto the lawn or carrying it away completely, so we'll leave it as such for now. It's too bad the novelty of the hide, which early finders and their kids got a chuckle out of hasn't survived, but the dedication via the name will remain. The other pocket still remains out near the Wiouwash Trail with our "Did I Hear Shots" cache out there.
The hide location had to be moved in June, 2009 due to a repeat appearance of the disappearing act. Along with this change, the attributes were updated and the winter-friendly icon is now gone. Still findable in winter, but not likely easily.
Terrain for this cache is now 1.5. PLEASE be aware of potential muggle-eyes nearby when the park gets busy in the summer months!
8/22/11 The cache had to be moved again, this time due to the park removing the bush and putting in new playground equipment right where the cache was.
