Marko Ramius: I've got some unfortunate news. The State of California Department of Water Resources is building a new pipeline in Redlands, CA and has requested all active caches in the construction zone to be archived and not allow any new caches to be published until construction is complete in the next 2 years. This cache, unfortunately, falls into the "zone." Please retrieve the cache at your earliest convenience (assuming you can do so without crossing into any forbidden construction zones).
