This cache is on or near the Nene Way footpath between Warmington and Fotheringhay

The Nene Way Series

started by Cassie's Crusaders

The Nene Way footpath starts at Badby on the western borders of Northamptonshire. It meanders along the river and takes you through small villages and towns following the Nene Valley for 110 miles. It passes through Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire before joining The Wash near Sutton Bridge. The route was opened with the support of the Countryside Commission in the late 1980's.

THERE IS NO ACCESS FROM A605.
Please park at the coordinates given and do not drive any further up the lane
- this is for residents only. (see Polite Notice)

There are houses very close so please do not cache after dusk.


Start at the coordinates given above and find the answers to the following:-

A = the number of hot air balloons.

B = the number of teeth on the skeleton's lower jaw divided by the number of wheels on the white vehicle.

C = The number of swallows near the mill.

D = The number of children playing on swings.

E = The number of ants crawling along the brown sign divided by the number of words on it.

F = the missing number in 30-0?-07

G = The number of geese flying in formation minus the number of dragonflies on the red triangle.

H = The number of doors on the dove cote.

Your answers should add up to 37

 Cache is a very small Lock&Lock container and only has room for small swaps, Geocoins and tiny TB's.

Please ensure the cache is well hidden when you leave.

There is a picnic table and bench in a pleasant little pocket park found between the parking and the starting points.

WARNING - After heavy rain the Nene Way underpass at Eaglethorpe can flood.
Wellies could be handy unless you fancy a swim!!
