Geocache Description:

Placed just off the Milagro #243 Exit about 1/2 West on old Rt 66. Very Easy Pick up and drop off.

We recent purchased some acreage just North of the Milagro Exit and wanted to place an easy Cache, Travel Bug Motel in this area as there are none for several miles. This cache could be considered a "Park and Grab".
Basically to get to the cache, get off of Interstate 40 at Exit 243, (which is the Milagro exit). Go a few feet North of the interstate and take a Left onto a section of Old Rt 66. Go for 5/10th of a mile and you will be very close to the cache.
UPDATE: I have had a lot of folks with Big Rigs and RV's ask about the old Rt 66 rd. There is no good place to turn a big rig around.(Cars and truck no problems.)If you do decide to Park on the side of the interstate you can walk to a 16 gap (Pass thru) in the fence that is directly across from the cache. From the shoulder to the cache is about 20 yards where the tree is. Use caution and watch for traffic if you go this route.
