Typical city park, dawn to dusk hours. Homes close by. You will need to bring a pencil AND tweezers in order to replace the log as found.

1x4 inch cam'd tube, place in a manner for all. There is an active railline. Do NOT cross over the fence or go anywhere near the tracks. The cache is IN the park.
