"Araucaria araucana (Pehuén or Monkey-puzzle) is the
hardiest species in the conifer genus Araucaria. It is native to
central Chile and west central Argentina, and is an evergreen tree
growing to 40 m tall and 2 m trunk diameter. Because of species'
great age it is sometimes described as a living fossil. Araucaria
araucana is the national tree of Chile."
While you'll find a wonderful specimen of the humble Monkey
Puzzle close to the cache location, the cache it itself... is also
a Monkey Puzzle! To locate the cache, you need to locate three
Monkeys who enjoy travelling around Milton Keynes (TB1R3CK,
TB1R3C3, TB1R3E4). When you have all three of their tracking
numbers, simply solve the following puzzle:
Final Location:
N51°
P1P2.M2(T2-T1-M
2)M2 W00°
T1M2.M1P1(P1+M
2)
Now, down to the hunt. You are looking for a 35mm film canister.
The location itself is wheelchair accessible although I've not
marked it as Terrain 1 as I believe it may be a little difficult to
retrieve the cache. Note that that cache is close
to road so parents and guardians, please make sure to keep close
tabs of children and cache hounds. Also note that the cache
retrieval will require stealth!
And there you go! Good Luck and Happy Hunting!
