Ever get thoughts, those "Ponderings Within"? I do and I channel them into poetic form.
Sometimes they are about the fall foliage and leaves, but sometimes, my mind just goes adrift. Maybe my thoughts are in the clouds, 7 times a week! I really enjoy my time away. I like outdoor excursions, especially the adventure to Coloma, Grass Valley, or Nevada City, a total of 6 times a year; plus taking the time to enjoy the surroundings.
Work expectations have increased exponentially, 11 fold to say the least. In this day and age, it's hard to have a career and that's why people switch jobs up to 39 times in the course of a lifetime. That's why I take road trips at least 4 times a year; and while on these trips, I love doing the sum of these things: watch the sunrise, sunset, and take photos of scenery.
