Geocache Description:

Quick park and grab in local public beach access areas, but enjoy the park before enjoying the beach

This is a large lock-and-lock container filled with sporting related stuff, swap and enjoy the activities. The park was dedicated to William Bartram for his exploration of the nature along the coast. He explored the area from 1773-1777 and noted this area as "cliffs of rocks". This is a large access area compared to most along the Ocean Boulevard but parking seems to be PAY? This I don't understand.
We are right across the street watching you, so when you find the cache yell "We Are Viking Explorers"
