This cache is on or near the Nene Way footpath between Oundle and Ashton

The Nene Way Series

started by Cassie's Crusaders

The Nene Way footpath starts at Badby on the western borders of Northamptonshire. It meanders along the river and takes you through small villages and towns following the Nene Valley for 110 miles. It passes through Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire before joining The Wash near Sutton Bridge. The route was opened with the support of the Countryside Commission in the late 1980's.

This cache is placed near Ashton Mill. Several years ago this was home to the Dragonfly Museum.
Unfortunately the Mill is no longer in use and is beginning to look very negelcted.

The cache is in a 1L Lock & Lock container with room swaps and log book etc.
