A circular walk,slight upwards climb in parts on a new path adjacent to the Camel trail from Wadebridge to Bodmin
Whilst walking on the Camel Trail from Wadebridge to Bodmin,with our humans,we came across a group of people placing a new gate leading of the trail.As they were just about to open it,we were allowed to be the first dogs and humans to test it out.It is a permissive Path provided by the Gia Trust,very muddy in parts and a short uphill climb.
There are some really great views of Wadebridge from several vantage points and a couple of benches when you need a rest.Part of the path goes through farm areas,but well behaved dogs on leads are welcome,the field at the end is always empty and great for running in.
Parking is available right by the trail(free)and this cache is best approached by walking along the trail towards Bodmin and then going through the gate (N50 30.399 W004 49.114)
Once the cache is retrieved you can carry on along the path and it will eventually bring you back to the carparking area.
When going past the farm you will need to turn right(N50 30.455 W004 49.511),following the small yellow arrows and then follow your nose back to the car-parking.
The cache will hold small bugs and swops or coins.There is a £1 coin for FTF.Enjoy our first cache!!!!
