The caches in this series have been placed in locations that are “Near & Dear” to me in one way or another. Living in this area for about 25 years and having raised our three wonderful kids here we have collected many a memory, and here’s a few I will share with you.
When you find the 5 "Near & Dear" caches, make note of the clues in each log as they will be used in locating the final cache. Be careful, as some of the areas may be 'full of the locals' and you will have to be stealthy. And for that same reason, rehide carefully as well. Have Fun!
This parking lot is usually empty on weekends and made the perfect place to teach the kids how to drive. You know, this is how the car handles, start, stop, park etc. We did fine with the first two, but here you will see where our youngest confused the brake pedal for the gas, jumped the curb and left a small ‘reminder’ of her driving lesson.
