Not far from the parking area but you'll probably have a little climbing to do and you might get wet feet depending on which way you go.
A camo rubbermaid-type locking box... fairly well hidden in Marina Park - not one of Elkton's best-kept parks but we picked a relatively clean place there! If the river is flooding you'll probably need to come back another day. Might be some bored muggles hanging about, but probably not back at the cache site. Park closes at dark...
