First off please DO NOT attempt this from the street. Come in from the parking area.
This will again take you along the CIT. If you make a day of it you can collect all of the CIT caches. Once you leave the park area stroll down the paved path until you reach the 2.5 mile marker. This is actually the 1/2 way point on the CIT regardless which end you would start from, the Narrows or Terrapin Nature Park. This marker is close to GZ. This will be a real real prickly find so be careful. Also remember that we have some nasty critters here so look well & be sure your reach isnt going to disturb anything. EEEEWWWW.
Stealth will be needed as you wont see people coming from the 1 direction until they are almost on top of you. Once you locate the cache you may want to go have a seat while you go through it & sign the log BUT then please replace it in its little hidey hole.
While sitting here dont be startled if the siren goes off across the street. That's the new KI Fire House & AAMC facility so it gets pretty busy. It is also part of why you shouldn't park up on the road to reach this cache. Also because its very very wet between the hill bottom & the bench. So take the walk to get here.
Besides if you work up an appetite you can always go eat or get an ice cream real close by. In the meantime ENJOY!
