As of 9-21-12, adopted by suz55tbird. O'Neill's Patio is a great place to hold a meet-n-greet event (the fish & chips are a geo-favorite). Added bonus for out-of-towners: adjacent to Route 66! The hint is a complete spoiler, and will bring the D down to 1. Best to not use a gel pen, as it's likely to get wet. 😉
