Geocache Description:

*** CACHE IS NOT AT LISTED COORDINATES! YOU MUST SOLVE THE PUZZLE TO FIND THE CACHE!! ***

The initial coordinates point to the John Deere Planetarium and the Carl Gamble Observatory where one can find out all about syzygies! However, there is no actual need to go to this location to find the cache.

The coordinates for the cache can be found by decrypting the image! Good hunting!

Parental note: The Planetarium does have child friendly programming. Program appointments can be arranged by calling Gail Parsons at the Planetarium, (309) 794-7327, or you may request information by e-mail to Gail Parsons at GailParsons@augustana.edu.
Also, in this area is the Fryxell Geology museum, home to one of the largest collections of rocks, minerals, and fossils in the midwest! (My personal favorite part is the phosphorescent mineral display!!!)
These are two great areas for the kids to have fun. They don't have to know that they are learning at the same time!

First to find goes to Eli W. Coyote! Double kudos!!!!

Special thanks to my lovely wife for creating the image for us!
