Geocache Description:

Very muddy underfoot

I drive bye this location on a regular basis and thought I would check this wee wood out, some local muggles call it Galls wood and according to History Couston Castle was nearby.

Like Bathgate Castle there are no signs of what were probably great buildings. Don’t be confused when you walk through and find some old ruins, here stood a great orchard and many buildings. You are looking for a cylinder the size of 2 juice cans inside a cammo bag. There is a bonus cache for ‘Splinter’ nearby take a note of the coords.

Not recommended you try and drive into the wood as you will see how quickly you get bogged down. Park inside the pillars if you can find a bit of hard ground.

Oh and watch out for the Bull.
