Peanut Butter Pie:
1 Graham Cracker Crust (i usually buy 7 at a time!)
4 oz cream cheese (softened)
4 oz cream cheese (softened)
2/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
6 oz cool whip
Mix together cream cheese, peanut butter and cool whip. When fluffy add powdered sugar a little at a time until fluffy. Pour in the pie shell then chill. (the pie, not you - though i guess you can chill, too!)
option : sprinkle chocolate chips on top!
