Geocache Description:

Get Out & Xplore series. These are caches placed while hiking to another cache. This one is placed where we took a break to watch some rabbits while hiking back to HAKenders 2 4 1 Cache. Hence the name - Route 241.

This cache is hidden approximately 25-30 feet from path. Path is a railroad bed that traveled from Ravine to Tremont. Path is clearly defined, nice level walk but is approximately 6/10 of a mile or 1.5 mile from either side of the railroad bed entrance. There is also a way to cross a creek that brings you close to the 2 4 1 Cache, not sure on distance but would be approximately the same as from Ravine. The scenery/sites at this location are nothing super special. We had ventured in the little field across from cache to sit by the creek for a bit, then watched some rabbits here. This cache was meant to be placed near a rock where we used to stop with the four wheelers... but amazingly it was at the location of another hide! This location presented itself, and will be a nice stop on the way back to other caches along the bed.

This cache was placed on my hike in from the Ravine side to the 2 4 1 cache hidden by HAKenders - GCH4JK.

Other caches are accessible by walking the entire length of this railroad bed.
