This cache is located in the small but beautiful Willow Park of Cortland, Ohio. This cache is placed in a very public, and busy place so you need to be careful not to be seen.PLEASE DO NOT DRIVE UP TO THE WATER TOWER BUT PARK IN THE PARKING LOT !!!
