About 60 feet from #1 there is a plaque that describes the circle.

Follow the Rotary Signs Around the Trail.
Cache Container Details:
Black rectangular box (3/4" x 2" x 3").
Contains a log book.
Please BYOP.
You must sign the log to claim a find.
Please ensure you return the cache container to the exact place you found it. Each time I check up on it, the container is about 6 feet from where I placed it. The hints aren't helpful if the cache container is not where it was originally placed.
We recommend you decrypt manually, each hint will help you incrementally, but if done automatically too much may be revealed.
