The day after the mason was born.
Take the last two digits of the year the woodmen of the world died multiplied by the date he died. Add the woodmen of the world letters of his first name(a=1, b=2, etc) add 1/3rd of the month the mason was born.

The age of the one hiding in the bush (not under) when he died minus the last two digits of the year of the owner of a purple heart was born.
Take the age of the oldest twin and subtract four. Take the age of the younger twin and mulitpy it by the number of pvc crosses then add two.
