Nice little walk through the woods
This multi cache will have you tracing the steps of a brave and fearless pirate that sailed the salty sea for many years. Cap'n Shinbiter and his trusty crew sailed aboard the Guppy the smallest and most fearsome ship on the sea. When competition from other pirates got to be too great Cap'n Shinbiter used his small size and stature to his advantage and started sailing small inland waterways where there was ample treasure for him to plunder. With all this booty and no one to challenge him , he quickly gained great wealth. Cap'n Shinbiter's rule lasted for several years. But all good things must come to an end and on one rainy day they did just that. While sailing one very productive waterway the Guppy came upon a low bridge. Heavily loaded with gold and silver the guppy was able to squeeze under and continue her voyage upstream. A short time later the stream became very shallow so the order was given to offload ballast stones. With the ship much lighter the crew sailed on. Sadly some streams are to shallow for even the Guppy and she ran aground. Forced to set out on foot and travel lightly the crew opened all there chest and took the valuables. One chest however could not be opened because the key was lost during the offloading of the ballast stones. This chest was hidden close by in hopes it could be retrieved later but the Cap'n and his crew never returned. To this day the remains of the bridge can still be seen and if you search hard enough you may find the pile of ballast stones and maybe even the key to the hidden chest.
This cache consist of three stages. The first is a small red micro container with coordinates for the second stage. The second is a small lock&lock container with a key and a clue for the third leg. The coordinates for the third container are in the lid of this second container. The third container is much larger and seemingly impossible to open but if you follow the clue and place the key correctly it will open very easy.
