Geocache Description:

We rated this a #2 because there are so darn many good hiding spots in this area and that will increase the challenge.

A ferry service was started, probably in the eighteenth century, at this landing to carry produce from Little Compton destined for Newport and the service ran until about 1870. The cache title is a play on the name of the place.

Many lifelong natives don't know about this cool little spot.

The container is a small-flattish plastic one with a blue lid and I doubled bagged it to ensure it stays watertight.

Please practice CITO!
