Hiway 97--Loops Overlook Traditional Cache

I decided that the long stretch between Biggs Junction and the Yakima Valley needed some caches. This a cache along the northbound side of Hiway 97. Depending on the time of year, parking off the hiway is available.
This cache is in the Loops Overlook area. There is a funny story attached to this cache. I had first placed a cache here in January 2007 when the first Hiway 97 caches were placed, but mislaid the coordinates and it did not get posted. Then Jeepinfool offered to "find" the cache for me and write down the coordinates, which he did. Before I could post the cache, the fire in summer of 2007 went through and burned the cache container up. So....after a whole year, I am finally getting a cache placed here.
The gates to the overlook are locked in winter, but there is ample parking outside so you can walk to the cache. Truckers may have enough room to park outside the gates, especially when the gates are closed, but they are not allowed inside the gates.
Please hide completely so it is not muggled.
