This is Illinois FIRST Wherigo Cache!
Runner-Up Cartridge for week 3 of the Garmin Wherigo Contest
You are on the hunt through Downtown Joliet. You will be visiting many historic and popular places throughout the area. Once you load up the cartridge you will be pointed to start at the statue of Louis Joliet, the explorer the city is named after. From there you will be directed to answer a question and then given directions to the next location. You will continue doing this through many stages and locations in Downtown Joliet. Once you completed all the stages and questions you will be given the final coordinates to the cache. Word of warning you will not be able to complete the questions in the emulator so don't even try. The cache is located in a very famous part of Joliet. You will learn where soon enough. You will be looking for a GJAC seed cache container. Once you have retrieved the cache and entered the password you will need to upload your cartridge to Wherigo.com or enter you completion code to verify the hunt. If you log your find and not your cartridge your log will be deleted. If you are on a group hunt not all of you will be able to upload the same file. If that is the case please provide either picture proof you were there with the person who uploaded the cartridge or their completion code. You can email me the information or post the picture if it does not reveal the cache location. FYI the terrain and difficulty are based off of the cache location not the tour. The tour is handicapped and stroller accessible and can be done in under an hour. The cache location is not handicapped accessible. The area near the cache is closed at night so please do not hunt after dark. On the hunt for the cache be mindful of the No Trespassing signs you should not be near there for the find. All stages could be driven to but I suggest parking near stage one, plenty of street parking and a public garage and walking to the tour stages. You might want to drive to the final but by no means do you have to. It will not be that far of a walk. Happy Hunting.

10/5/2009 Updated cartridge with another work around for the possible skipping of final coords problem. Please download newest version.
3/21/2010 Updated cartridge. Made another program change to fix the coord issue. Should work this time.
