The listed coordinates are NOT correct but should bring you to the middle of the Green River Bridge (aka "Peter Guice Memorial Bridge") along I-26. A little historical research and the coordinates for the physical cache -- located within two miles -- should be yours. I recommend using this website for your research.

W 82° 2 D . EF 1
A = the number of boys raised by Peter
B = the last digit in the year of Peter's birth
C = the sum of the last two digits in the year the current bridge was opened for traffic
D = the sum of the first two digits of the height the current bridge is over the Green River
E = the third digit in the year the rebuilt bridge was destroyed by a flood
F = the last digit in the year Peter most likely built the original bridge
CHECKSUM: A + B + C + D + E + F = XY; X + Y = 10
