Geocache Description:

In white mnts off highway 191. Easy to find, hard to get there. Need a 4X4 to get down road 475, then its a short (in distance) hike up a steep mountain.

This cache is named for the old Coronado Trail Highway 666 that it is located off of. The highway has been renamed to the 191 now, but its still a devil of a drive. It is one of the most scenic drives in the state. Take the 666 (or 191) to the 475. Drive east till the road ends at the XXX Campsite/Blue river. This is a great camping/caching spot. You're set up right on the river and hardly any people around since it takes a 4X4 to get down there.

To find the cache, all you need to do is follow your GPS straight east across the river and up the mountain. There is no trail, and the terrain is very tough. Rocky, with lots of prickly bushes. It is also very steep. Our dog made it up, but needed some helping hands on the way down.

The cache is pretty easy to find once you're up on top of the mountain. It is in a normal rubbermaid type containter, and contains the normal cache goodies. Sign the logbook!
