emtfire10: I was contacted earlier this evening by the landowner of the WVA/MD side of the cache.
I was very politely asked by the landowner to have the cache removed. This is due to previous issues of some cachers trespassing onto private property.
This cache has had an awesome run from the start when the original cache owner placed it to now.
I can not & do not blame the landowners for asking of the cache ' s removal. I am not sure if there was any actual permission given to the previous cache owner.
However as the saying goes: All good things must come to an end.
So for which this cache has now come it's end of a long journey.
Reading all of the past logs, I have noticed this cache has helped to fill many challenges such as the Jasper Challenge & so forth. I am happy to read & see that this cache had a small part in such.
I would like to say "Thank you" to the Miller family whom have endured many cachers venturing out to find this cache. From what I have gathered thru an email they are very decent people simply looking out for their property.
A huge thank you to all the cachers that have visited this cache over the years.
