When I was a little girl, my Mom made "Go Fish" cards for me. She cut fat fish shapes out of heavy pink paper. On one side of each card she drew an eye and a smile. On the other side she put a piece of her music-copyist's correction tape. On the tape she wrote
- a clef,
- a note, and sometimes,
- an accidental.
My deck only had 48 cards, but that was enough to play "Go Fish", and sometimes, "Concentration".
"Do you have any G-Sharps?"
"No, go fish."
