Those in wheelchairs will need a someone to reach the cache, unless they can stand.
This cache is on a busy sloped road and drivers traveling this road tend to go faster than the posted 40 mph speed limit. Be very careful when stopping and getting out of your vehicle. The road shoulders can be soft, especially when wet. You may come onto my yard to search, however if you go 5 ft past the telephone box, in any direction, you have gone past the cache's hiding place. 
Don't worry about people watching you from the house its just the younger Goatmilkers.
Please do not park in my driveway.
Please be careful accessing the cache and don't damage the hiding place of the cache.
I have heard the access is a "cap"ital idea. There is a log sheet and pencil in the cache.
