The cache is located in Starkey Park. Parking lot 10 is the closest parking to the cache. If you head due south from parking lot 10, there is a gap in the fence where you can cross to the white sandy trail. This is a small ammo can hidden beneath some common Florida camouflage.
This cache is named after our dog, Sally, and has a dog theme. We started the cache with a few small dog toys, such as tennis balls and squeaky toys. If you want to keep with the dog theme, PLEASE DON'T put dog treats, food, or even raw hide bones in the cache. We don't want to attract any wild animal geocachers to the site.
NOTE TO PARENTS: Sally likes to chew on our kids' toys as much as she likes doggy toys, and she said it will be okay to trade kid toys for doggy toys and doggy toys for kid toys.
It's located about 75 feet from a long dirt trail where we see people walking with their dog often. Please cover it well.
