Had fun buswacking my thru the woods while placing this cache. Had three of my Trail Zombies with me and they made the hike so then can you. As I tell my kids, no whining!! This does not always work though so if you want to no one is going to hear you down here anyways.
Parking can be done at Tower Fields or at Sunrise Park.
If you access from the Railroad tracks, BE CAREFUL bARBWIRE at bottom of hill. Keep to the river when going down and you should be safe. I removed a small section at the bottom.
Let me know if dry or wet is the option that you chosed.
