The cache is not at the posted coordinates. You will need to do a projection.
There is a sign at the posted coordinates. Take the first number from line 2 and multiply it by 7. This is the bearing of the final. Take the second number from line 3 and subtract the first number from line 4. This is your distance in meters. Project and find the cache!!
Added Bonus Now walk out to the road, face north, call a friend and have him/her go to webpage link. Pick the view with the parking area. If you wait twenty minutes or so your photo can be captured. Post it here!!
Since placing this cache, a cell tower has appeared to the west. Telus has a strong signal, so the photo legwork can be done right here from you own cell!!
