tourinct: Checked on this last week and then again this morning. The area has been thoroughly destroyed, where is was doesn't even exist. Over 130 finds over 7+ years. Game not the same. :(

Geocache Description:

This cache will take you for a short walk off the beaten track in Watertown's Veterans Memorial Park. This park is usually very busy, but I have never seen anyone in this area.

Terrain is a 2 only because under certain conditions the area near the trail head gets very wet. But this wetness also makes the area a great environment for ferns. During spring, summer and fall this area practically becomes overgrown with ferns.

Bushwacking is not advised as there is old barb wire fence just beyond the tree line. Please observe park rules and hours.
