Perchers' Paradise Multi-Cache

This cache has been archived.

Ninja Reviewer: As there has been no cache to find for a long time, I'm archiving it to keep it from showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements.

Please note that if geocaches are archived by a reviewer or Geocaching HQ for lack of maintenance, they are not eligible for unarchival.

Geocache Description:

Cache is located deep within the Sea Pines Plantation’s Forest Preserve, an area abound with awesome wild flora and fauna. Park in designated areas. Walk or bike to the cache, about 1/3 mile, on unpaved trails across flat terrain.

This cache was originally a two-stage multi, but the first stage was destroyed by construction. The final is still in place at the coordinates specified.

The $6 gate fee per car to enter the Plantation is well worth it. The Forest Preserve is free. Recommend you pick up a free trail map available at the parking areas. Lawton Road entrace is closest to cache. Do not harrass the alligators; keep small children and pets on close rein. Be sure to visit the lovely Warner Plahs' Wildflower Field and the butterfly garden. Bring camera and binoculars. A small, camouflaged Ziploc container is hidden here. It contains a few trinkets and a log and pen.
