Cache is a Decon Container. 3 - 5 feet off the ground. Should be a way easy find. Make sure you find a legal and safe place to park.
Try 1st Crazy Kid cache just up the hill. A bit more of a hike but not to bad. (My wife asked "Who am I kidding? It is a hike!")
