If you want to do everything in one walk, it is roughly 12 km from the startpoint over all stages to the cache and then to the next bus stop (or additional 7 km back to the startpoint, for example if you are by bike).
If you do the 2 parts separately each from the next-best bus stop on foot, it will be about 2x 5 km.
By car the foot-walk is much less, you can park quite near in all cases.
WARNING It can be dangerous to do this cache during the bird hunting season! Please ask local people - I found some info that the hunting season starts on September 1st. If someone has reliable information about this, please contact me.
Bird hunting should be prohibited!
UPDATE: on March 21st 2018 this cache celebrated its 10th birthday!
It is my first cache, and I placed it on my 14-day vacation around eastern 2008. Now I'm back to germany and cannot do any maintenance there. So it would be nice to get a little help from any finders to check and improve the cache and it's description. Also contact me if anything is misleading or unclear and therefore too hard to find...
